  1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed, checked, and handed over to the international logistics provider within 3 business days after payment.

Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or other non-working days.

Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, product restocks, brand delays, customs inspections, or other special circumstances. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.

  1. Shipping Provider

Our default international logistics provider is usually YunExpress.

Depending on the destination country or region, the final delivery may be handled by local postal services or local delivery partners. The final-mile delivery provider may vary and cannot always be guaranteed.

  1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders with an order subtotal of USD $199 or above, unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping orders will usually be shipped through our default standard international shipping route. For free shipping orders, customers generally cannot select a specific shipping route, carrier, or final-mile delivery provider.

  1. Paid Shipping and Optional Shipping Routes

For orders below USD $199, shipping fees may apply and will be shown at checkout where available.

For some countries or regions, customers may be able to choose from available shipping routes or delivery options at checkout. Available options may vary depending on the destination country or region, logistics provider, order details, shipping template settings, and current shipping conditions.

The shipping route, carrier, or final-mile service selected at checkout is subject to actual availability and logistics processing conditions. If a selected route becomes unavailable due to logistics restrictions, customs issues, carrier changes, or other operational reasons, we may use a comparable available shipping route where necessary.

  1. Delivery Time

After shipment, standard international delivery usually takes 5–15 days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, logistics provider, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, local delivery services, and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Express Shipping

We may also support express shipping options such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Additional shipping fees may apply, and prices may vary depending on the destination country or region and the selected carrier.

If you need express shipping, please contact our customer service before placing your order or as soon as possible after purchase.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for cooperating with local customs clearance when required, including providing requested information or paying applicable duties and taxes.

If a package is delayed, returned, refused, abandoned, or destroyed due to failure to cooperate with customs clearance, provide required information, pay applicable duties or taxes, or provide a correct delivery address, shipping fees, prepaid taxes, customs fees, and related logistics costs may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed over to the logistics provider.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in checking with the logistics provider where possible.

  1. 15-Day Return Support

We offer 15-day return support.

Please contact us within 15 days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation or your actual receipt of the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in resalable condition, with original tags attached and original packaging intact.

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, alteration, missing tags, missing packaging, or unauthorized return shipment may be refused.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to wrong size selection, change of mind, dissatisfaction, style preference, or ordering the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For paid shipping orders, the original shipping fee, optional shipping route fee, express shipping fee, premium delivery fee, prepaid taxes, customs fees, payment-related fees, and related logistics costs may be non-refundable after shipment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For free shipping orders, if the return is due to personal reasons or customer-related reasons, the actual outbound shipping cost originally covered by us may be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After review and approval, we will provide further instructions and an appropriate solution.

Please do not return the item before receiving instructions from our customer service team.

  1. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or item, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is approved and completed, you may place a new order separately.

Placing a new order does not guarantee that the original returned item will be accepted for refund. The returned item must still meet our return conditions.

Please do not send any item back without prior approval.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

The company address or legal/billing address shown on our website is not a return address. Items sent to the wrong address or sent without approval may not be accepted or refunded.

  1. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment method, or payment service provider.

For orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or similar card payment methods, refunds usually take 3–20 business days to appear in your account after processing.

PayPal refunds are processed according to PayPal’s own processing timelines.

  1. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply to your purchase, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@cpctofficial.com within the applicable withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where EU withdrawal rights apply, we will refund eligible payments according to applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.

This section does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

  1. Product, Color, and Size Notes

Product colors, fit, and styling may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, body shape, size selection, and personal styling preferences.

Size charts are for reference only. Due to fabric characteristics and different measurement methods, a normal measurement difference of approximately 1–3 cm may occur.
