Shipping policy

We will complete the inspection and hand over the goods to the logistics company within 5 business days after your payment. The delivery usually takes 7–30 days after shipment, and you can check the estimated delivery time before payment. Additionally, we also support express services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, but additional shipping fees will be required (as prices for these services are subject to frequent fluctuations). If needed, please feel free to contact our customer service.

 

 

Refund Explanation

If your order has not yet shipped and payment was made within the last 24 hours, you may request a refund and cancel the order at any time.

If the order has not been shipped but payment was made more than 24 hours ago, you may still request a refund; however, a $3 service fee will be deducted to cover the administrative costs associated with order processing.

If the order has been shipped but has not yet arrived in your region, we will recall the package, which may require the buyer's cooperation in the return process. Shipping fees and prepaid taxes are non-refundable. We will process your refund once the returned items are received at our warehouse.

If the order has been shipped and arrived in your region, we will assist by providing the necessary documents for customs clearance. However, if the package is abandoned due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate with the customs clearance process, no refund will be issued.

We offer a 15-day return policy. Please initiate the return process within 15 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation or your actual receipt of the item. If the return is due to personal reasons such as dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing, the return shipping cost and any original shipping fee incurred will be the buyer's responsibility. If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect items shipped by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in resalable condition with tags attached, original packaging intact, and unworn/unwashed.

To request a return, please contact us via email at [support@cpctofficial.com] or through our online customer service. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For orders paid via Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club: Refunds typically take 3 to 20 business days to appear in your account. If there is a delay, please contact our customer support. Resolution may require coordination with your card issuer or payment service provider.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as customized products or intimate apparel like underwear and socks. According to our policy, all standard clothing and accessories may be returned. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

About products

Due to different production batches, product updates and brand image adjustment, the material, appearance details, accessories and packaging of the real product may be slightly different from the product picture, the specific details shall be subject to the receipt of the real product.

 

About color difference

Because of the color deviation of mobile phones, computers and other display devices and personal understanding of color. As a result, there may be some color difference between the physical object and the photo. Please refer to the physical object you received.

 

About Size

The size table on the commodity page is for reference only. There may be slight errors according to the differences in commodity material characteristics and measurement methods, which are normal. (Usually 1-3cm)
