SILENSTORM, a unique and original design brand, was officially established in mid-2017. Prior to this, it underwent three years of systematic clothing design studies and one and a half years of conception and market research. It was jointly founded by Azu, Worm, and Mopeng, who were still studying at the Fashion Institute at that time.The brand takes Cyberpunk as its design inspiration and functional style as its design direction. It adheres to the design concept of dynamic balance between pragmatism and aesthetics. It focuses on the cutting and structural design of clothing, aiming to create a pure and imaginative original Cyberpunk functional style brand.All products of SILENSTORM are independently developed by us. Regarding the design philosophy, we always adhere to the principle of achieving true pragmatism while taking aesthetics into account. The starting point of functional style is functionality, and functionality serves the needs. Pragmatism means solving the needs. We have always opposed piling up various workwear-style three-dimensional pockets or using webbing or ribbons without restraint on clothing and claiming it as so-called functional style clothing. Any design element, including pockets, should serve the overall clothing, adapt to and integrate into the structure of the clothing itself, not appear abrupt or even exaggerated, and maintain the delicacy and beauty of the clothing itself. If we only discuss the presentation of clothing, the key of cyberpunk lies more in cyber rather than punk. This is our own interpretation.
