Starting from today, we resume the use of the product review module. You can directly see the shopping experiences and product impressions of some customers.

Since many customers do not leave reviews after purchasing, the shopping experiences available for everyone to see are limited. Here, we sincerely hope that everyone can share their shopping experiences. At the same time, it will also enable us to discover and improve the problems in product selection and service.

During 2024, we shut down the website’s review module due to concerns over page loading speed and the workload of reviewing malicious comments. As a result, most orders placed during that period could not be reviewed.

We have now improved the review system. Only orders placed after logging in and making a purchase can be reviewed. We have also optimized the translation of texts in different languages and adopted AI translation functions. However, there is still a possibility of translation errors.

Additionally, orders that were not reviewed before should now be able to be reviewed again.
