Starting from today, we resume the use of the product review module. You can directly see the shopping experiences and product impressions of some customers. Since many customers do not leave reviews after purchasing, the shopping experiences available for everyone to see are limited. Here, we sincerely hope that everyone can share their shopping experiences. At the same time, it will also enable us to discover and improve the problems in product selection and service.

During 2024, we shut down the website's review module due to concerns over page loading speed and the workload of reviewing malicious comments. As a result, most orders placed during that period could not be reviewed. We have now improved the review system. Only orders placed after logging in and making a purchase can be reviewed. We have also optimized the translation of texts in different languages and adopted AI translation functions. However, there is still a possibility of translation errors. Additionally, orders that were not reviewed before should now be able to be reviewed again.

To ensure optimal access speed across regions, the customer showcase section will no longer be displayed on product pages starting from 2025.At the same time, products will only display the current price, and the original price will no longer be shown. 1.Because the free shipping mode increases the value of goods during customs declaration, causing unnecessary trouble, unfortunately we have cancelled the free shipping mode. Of course, there is not much difference in actual payment between free shipping and non free shipping.

2.Recently, we have also communicated with the brand and lowered the sales control price. Therefore, we have cancelled all store activities and directly lowered the product price.

Meanwhile, we have launched a compensation plan. For orders that have already completed transactions, customer service will contact you via email, and of course, you can also contact our customer service. From the order placed on March 1, 2024, we will compensate you through PayPal for the difference between the product and the order. Starting from January 1, 2024, for orders, we will compensate you through an unconditional voucher, which requires you to have an account on our website. For orders for the year 2023, we will refund 50% of the no threshold vouchers based on the order difference.
This task is a huge workload for us, and we will contact each customer according to the order. Please be patient and wait.

1.Effective immediately, we have switched to free shipping, with our cooperative couriers being local international express companies in China, such as YUN Express and YANWEN Express. Additionally, we support DHL, FedEx, and UPS; however, since these couriers are more expensive, an additional shipping fee will be required. If needed, please contact our website's online customer service.
*Shipping is free, but taxes are not exempted.

 

2.Due to changes in courier flight routes and the impact of regional policies, we have added the following shipping destinations: Bermuda, Guadeloupe, the Dutch Antilles, Martinique, Guinea-Bissau, Réunion, Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
